About the Role:
We are seeking a Copilot Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and strong Python programming skills. The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent automation solutions, integrate AI capabilities (such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI), and help empower business users through low-code development combined with traditional scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI services with Power Platform to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
- Develop custom connectors and advanced automation logic using Python and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code/no-code solutions.
- Work on AI-enhanced applications that combine Power Platform with machine learning and data analysis pipelines.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are upheld within Power Platform environments.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for developed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and IT.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- 3+ Proficient in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation tasks.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- 1+ Familiarity with Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI-powered development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Dataverse.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure ML, GPT APIs).
- Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments.
