Medicaid Validation Customer Service Agent

Job Type: Seasonal, 40 hours per week

Pay: $15 regular

Connexion Point is seeking Medicaid Validation Customer Service Agents who are driven, compassionate, and who are looking for a position that offers a work-life balance! This position assists brokers with verifying Medicaid eligibility.

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our client’s lives.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, outcome driven, and teachable

• Customer Service experience preferred

• Computer proficiency – Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc.

• Ability to work in a virtual team environment

• Ability to navigate multiple systems

• Must be willing to complete a background check

Position Responsibilities:

• Meet performance expectations including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence

• Attend team meetings and training sessions

• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers

• Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call

• Handle primarily inbound calls
