Summary:
The Marketing Production Designer will deliver marketing creative for global campaigns and ensure design consistency across platforms. Applicants need over 5 years of creative production experience and proficiency in high-volume workflows across multiple marketing channels.

Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Translate campaign and evergreen brand creative into high-fidelity assets across channels (paid, lifecycle, PR, affiliate, web, email, in-app)
- Own and manage high-volume asset versioning, localization, and adaptation workflows.
- Utilize modern production tools to automate and manage delivery of creative at scale.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to maintain quality and consistency across campaigns.
- Collaborate directly with marketing leads and creative operations to develop internal processes for efficient delivery of creative assets at scale.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and obstacles to strengthen and streamline internal processes.
- Assist in the creation of templates, guidelines, and standards as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of creative production experience at either an advertising agency, creative studio, or in-house creative team.
- Proven proficiency in managing creative production workflows for high-volume marketing campaigns across multiple channels and geos.
- Demonstrated experience producing and delivering high quality creative for display, paid social, email, lifecycle marketing, web, TV, and out-of-home.
- Demonstrated experience producing and delivering in-app creative assets for a Saas company.
- Extensive experience with translation and localization processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work at scale in Figma, including the advanced use of components, variants, auto layout, libraries, and AI features.
- Experience with Adobe CC - including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- Ability to structure files for clarity, speed, and collaboration.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of marketing channel production challenges, tools, and best practicesStrong typographic and visual design skills. Keen eye for detail and an eye for layout and visual balance.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Figma Buzz, Celtra, Creatopy or other automation tools used to deploy iterative creative at scale.
- Experience using Customer Engagement platforms such as Braze or Klaviyo
- Experience with basic web markup and styling such as HTML and CSS.
- Experience working on a distributed team in a remote environment
