The Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage promotions, e-commerce optimizations, and digital projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

You’ll be the day-to-day engine behind our promotions, e-commerce optimizations, and digital roll-outs. Handling calendars, campaign logistics, basic analytics, and vendor communications, you enable the manager to focus on strategy and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Logistics & Administration

  • Build and maintain the quarterly promotion calendar in Asana (or equivalent), ensure all stakeholders have timely briefs, and track key milestones.

E-commerce Support & Reporting

  • Execute backend configuration tasks in Dutchie under manager direction.
  • Pull weekly dashboards on conversion rate, AOV, and site performance; surface anomalies or trends.
  • Support A/B test set-up and basic results summaries.

Digital Project Coordination

  • Maintain project documentation, rollout checklists, and version logs.

Vendor & Partner Liaison

  • Maintain a vendor contact database and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Support

  • Draft presentation decks, slide updates, and one-pagers for manager reviews.
  • Organize team meetings, take notes, and track action items to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 1–3 years in marketing operations, ecommerce support, or project coordination.

Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable in Asana (or similar PM tools), Google Analytics, and Excel (pivot tables).
  • Basic familiarity with Dutchie or other ecommerce/CMS platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator: clear, concise emails and meeting summaries.
  • Proactive problem-solver who escalates issues appropriately.
  • Collaborative mindset: comfortable working across teams and vendors.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
