About the role:
Samsara is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to be part of our Routing team. The Routing team at Samsara is developing the world’s best products for supporting drivers and empowering dispatchers to orchestrate large fleets of light and heavy vehicles.

- Participate with senior leadership and cross-functional peers to develop a long-term roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to drive technical strategy.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering work experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
- Experience building scalable applications.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong track record of delivering products.
An ideal candidate also has:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional consensus.
Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation that is at or above market.
The range of annual base salary for this position is $150,237.50—$252,500 USD.
