Job Description:
Our Sales and Account Management Division is excited to welcome a Major Accounts Project Manager to join the team! This is a highly visible position for existing group accounts and prospective groups. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate benefit plan implementations which are done in a professional manner. The Major Accounts Project Manager will provide centralized accountability for existing accounts as well as during the implementation phase, in an effort to reflect our customer-focused commitment and overall ability to deliver quality service. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multi-task effectively, and successfully meet deadlines. Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
- Manage and report State of TN contractual reporting requirements and monitor and report State of TN performance guarantees, SLA scorecard and other requirements with liquidated damages/assessments risk.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP's) to support retention of existing clients as well as acquire new clients.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 3 years - Experience in the health care industry
- 1 year - Project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes
License
- Active Tennessee Insurance Producer License, or must be obtained within 1 year after hire.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.

- Monitor and report Liquidated Damages as required by the Major/Corporate Account contracts. Submit 560+ contract deliverables to the State of TN each year. Collaborate with business owners and the State’s Account Management staff to ensure compliance with the State of TN contract requirements. Work closely with Underwriting staff to report/confirm PG measures, as requested.
- Lead existing group implementations and new group implementations (as requested) that include adding new products and complex plan designs and configuration.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP’s) to support retention of existing clients as well as new clients
