Position Overview
We’re looking for a Research Analyst to support our M&A efforts by identifying and qualifying acquisition targets. This role is all about driving pipeline—digging into industries, sourcing leads, enriching CRM data, and delivering reporting that helps our deal team prioritize outreach and make smarter decisions.
This is not a traditional M&A role—you won’t be modeling or negotiating deals. Instead, you’ll be building the foundation that enables the deals to happen.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and company research to identify potential acquisition targets
- Use Salesforce and other tools to manage and enrich CRM data
- Build lead lists and maintain accurate contact and firmographic data
- Track pipeline activity and generate reports for the deal team
- Support outreach efforts by preparing target summaries and lead profiles
- Monitor trends and competitive movements in core industry verticals
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a research, sales ops, or business development support role
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Curious mindset and a strong interest in tech and B2B software
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus if you know basic SQL or have worked with data tools
- Must speak fluent English and Arabic
Schedule
- Working Hours: 1 PM to 9 PM Egypt Time
- Remote position with daily overlap with Egypt, Eastern, and Central U.S. time zones
