Qualifications:
-
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and teachable
-
Active Health or Health & Life Agent
-
Work from home equipment setup
-
Knowledge and understanding of Medicare
-
Ability to navigate multiple systems
-
Agency sales experience preferred
-
Telesales experience preferred
-
Computer proficiency – Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc.

Must be willing to complete a background check
Position Responsibilities:
-
Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence

Attend team meetings and training sessions
-
Provide consultative services including sales and customer service to Medicare beneficiaries

Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
-
Provide customer service to current members with an emphasis on customer retention, this will primarily be done through outbound phone calls
Job Type: Seasonal, 40 hours per week
Pay: $20.00/hr with Uncapped Incentive Potential!
