Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Leader of OEM to drive our partnerships and sales initiatives with original equipment manufacturers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing OEM relationships, developing collaborative strategies, and driving revenue growth within the automotive or relevant technology sectors. This role is critical in establishing and nurturing relationships with key OEM partners, aligning our offerings with their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of joint business plans.
What You’ll Do
- OEM Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all OEM-related matters.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to grow OEM partnerships, aligning our product offerings with the manufacturers’ requirements and market trends.
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth through new business development and the expansion of existing OEM partnerships, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure our solutions meet OEM specifications and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the OEM landscape.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements with OEM partners, ensuring favorable terms that support business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of OEM partnerships, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities tailored to OEM partners.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our OEM capabilities and fostering new relationships.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing OEM team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or OEM relationship management, preferably in the automotive or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing OEM partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of OEM processes, requirements, and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
