Job Description:
Overseeing performance management processes, developing performance improvement strategies, setting and monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and productivity, ultimately driving organizational success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement performance test management strategies, set measurable goals, and establish performance benchmarks and metrics.
- Create performance testing scripts, execute scripts.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.
- Identify and implement solutions to address performance gaps, design and implement process improvements, and develop and deliver training programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, coach and mentor individuals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align performance goals and ensure effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics, conduct performance assessments, and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
What you will bring:
- 8- 10 years of experience with Performance Test scripting, execution, and strategy
- Proficiency in using popular performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) - essential for designing and executing performance tests
- Experience with AppDynamics
- The ability to analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot performance issues
- A solid grasp of system architecture, including networking, databases, and application servers, is vital for understanding the performance characteristics of a system
- The ability to identify the root cause of performance problems and devise effective solutions is a key skill
- Strong experience with various types of tests including design skills, load testing, stress, and scalability is required to create effective tests that cover critical scenarios
- A strong problem-solving mindset to interpret performance data and identify and resolve performance issues and trends

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools is useful for integrating performance tests into the development workflow
- A good grasp of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms - assist in performance analysis

Base Salary Range
$94,200.00 - $133,050.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
