Assume critical role in accelerating profitable sales growth for NPWT Business in North, Vietnam. This entails formulating and implementing distribution and key accounts plan, managing relationship with KOLs and educational activities to accelerate sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Formulate and implement sales plan, distribution coverage and key accounts plan to accelerate sales growth for North Region.
Be accountable for the implementation of marketing programs and educational activities in North Region to ensure flawless execution.
Manage relationship with relevant professional associations and KOLs.
Cooperate with sales team of distribution partners in North Region to meet key performance metrics (sales, stock level, distribution coverage, product portfolio, etc.) and to maintain the right level of mindshare/ resources to grow our business.
Proactive in looking business opportunities in potential or substitute channels.
Create & build market access to better address target segments to drive business sustainably.
Implements management objectives and policies and contribute to the company’s overall development by participating in the decision and policy making process; organizes work; maintains open communication channels, follow-up on work assigned and emphasize results.
Keeps abreast with target audience changing behaviors, market trends, needs, potential, penetration, coverage, distribution, and competition.
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in Hospital sales in MNC (Medical Device and Wound care are preferrable) with hands-on experience in tender bidding, distributor management, product launches or health care project management.
Well versed in all aspects of sales management - including trade planning and execution, key accounts development, trading terms negotiation, new market development.
Strong operating and problem-solving skills with proven track record in delivering consistent results.
