Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance our business processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions to support business processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOPS practices to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

Provide expertise in SFDC Data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Lead the development of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality.

Manage SFDC Integration projects to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems.

Configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and optimize performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce development.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Salesforce development.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.

Demonstrate expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.

Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
