Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure functionality and performance meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and inconsistencies in software applications.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for various software projects.
- Utilize technical skills in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to enhance code quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all testing activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
- Support the implementation of new testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic for effective software testing.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve software defects efficiently.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Certifications Required
