Job Description:
Belletetes of Andover is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week - Monday - Friday) Janitor / Maintenance person. Duties include:
Daily: Cleaning the restrooms, sweeping and/or mopping the floors, cleaning the workstations, cleaning breakrooms at hardware store and lumberyard, emptying trash cans, sweep/blower the front apron.
Weekly: Vacuum carpeted offices, mop Showcase floors, sweep/weed back apron/Showcase entry & patio area; sweep/vacuum/dust/mop drive thru offices.
Monthly: Dust/clean showcase and hardware displays, trash pickup around property, run sweeper on parking lots.
Bi-Monthly: Remove spider webs on hardware store overhangs.
Yearly: power wash outside of building, other general maintenance including but not limited to painting, minor building repairs, winterization, etc.
