Summary:
The Integration Analyst will coordinate ICAM projects, track deliverables, and support documentation and compliance related to identity governance. Applicants need 2–4 years of IT analyst experience and familiarity with Identity and Access Management.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT analyst experience, preferably in IAM, or infrastructure environments., Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts: least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, etc., Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana)., Strong documentation and communication skills., Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track deliverables for ICAM Projects
- Work closely with ICAM Integration Managers and the Integration Teams.
- Schedule and lead project meetings, publish agendas and notes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies using tools like JIRA, or the Microsoft Tools suite.
- Assist with the documentation of IAM policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.
- Support audit and compliance requests related to identity governance and access controls.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT analyst experience, preferably in IAM, or infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts: least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, etc.
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
