The Instructional Lab Technician II will provide instructional and technical support to nursing students while managing the skills lab environment. Candidates must possess an associate degree in nursing and have direct patient care experience within the last three years.

Hard Skills: instructional support, clinical case scenarios, simulation training, lab maintenance
Credentials: associate degree in nursing
Experience: one year of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care in a clinical setting within the past three years, experience teaching in a clinical setting, community, or educational system, experience working with students in an organized setting

This recruitment is being conducted to fill a temporary assignment and not being conducted to establish an eligibility list from which regular appointments will be made, as such this recruitment may close at any time. Employees hired in this capacity are considered at will and do not accrue property interest in the assignment and are not eligible for benefits.
There is currently one temporary position located at Moorpark College.
This pool may also be used to fill temporary vacancies at Oxnard and Ventura Colleges.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Under general supervision, provide instructional support to students in the Health Sciences Program and monitor and maintain the skills lab.
