What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Real Estate Sales Associate at KeyGlee, you’ll be the bridge between investors and sellers, using your sales expertise to negotiate property deals that benefit everyone involved. This is your chance to apply your skills, grow your expertise, and make an impact in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. You’ll:

• Negotiate property prices and terms with confidence.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
• Use your sales acumen to close deals and hit your targets.
• Track progress with daily KPIs and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
• Work closely with a team that’s all about your success and growth.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong phone communication skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated drive to succeed

Pay Structure:

• 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
• After training, base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission
• Our top reps earn anywhere from $5,000 to $12,000 per month in commissions
• We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview
