REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and nurture lasting client relationships
- Expertly negotiate property prices
- Conduct daily market property comparisons
- Coordinate and facilitate property viewings as required
- Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals
- Consistently meet daily KPIs to ensure long-term success

PAY STRUCTURE
- 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
- After training, base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission
- Our top reps earn anywhere from $5,000 to $12,000 per month in commissions
- We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview
