Remote | Florida, United States | Full-time Inside Sale Account Executive—Southeast Region**Hiring remote talent in the State of Florida to support the operations in the Southeast Region, including the States - AL, MS, AR, GA, KY, TN, LA**One (1) week New Hire Training is required in Las Vegas, NV, or Alpharetta, GA. What You'll Do Drive Growth Through Strategic Sales:
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust 3-4X pipeline
- Convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and value-based selling
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and present tailored solutions
- Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, product, and implementation
Build Lasting Relationships:
- Engage with key stakeholders at hotels and restaurants to understand their strategic objectives
- Provide competitive intelligence and customer feedback to product management
- Represent Agilysys at industry trade shows and conferences
- Partner with marketing to enhance messaging and campaigns
What We're Looking For Essential Experience:
- 3+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong background in outbound prospecting and closing net new business
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling approaches
- Technical proficiency for product demonstrations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in the restaurant or hotel/resort industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Background with ConnectAndSell or similar sales tools
