What you will do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using best practices and modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation.
- Continuously improve software performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful software projects.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, Django, React, Angular).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $71,700.00 - $107,500.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
