CTG is seeking to fill an Infrastructure Specialist Cloud Application Operations opening for our client in Albany, NY.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:

Implement and manage Dynatrace for cloud application performance monitoring (APM) across enterprise-scale environments.

Design, deploy, and maintain Dynatrace One Agent configurations and ensure effective instrumentation across various platforms.

Set up and configure synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring (RUM), and custom dashboards.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.

Troubleshoot application performance issues using Dynatrace, providing actionable insights to improve reliability and efficiency.

Optimize observability practices by aligning with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) standards and cloud-native monitoring strategies.

Support hybrid environments including Kubernetes, containerized applications, and microservices.

Deliver technical documentation, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders and teams.
Skills:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00/hour to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
