The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the execution of Collective[i]'s influencer and creator partnerships program, while managing communications and content tasks. The role requires enrollment in a degree program, communication skills, and some experience with influencer marketing or social media.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Research, scout, and vet potential influencer and creator partners across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Support daily communication and relationship management with influencers, creators, and partners
- Coordinate co-branded content timelines and deliverables, ensuring all assets are on-brand and on time
- Assist in developing creative briefs and content guidelines for influencer partnerships
- Track and report on key metrics, engagement, and content performance across campaigns
- Monitor creator trends, platform updates, and community conversations related to AI and business
- Collaborate with marketing team members on content planning, strategy, and ideation
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and tone
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
- Some experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media—through internships, school or personal projects
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, Tagger, GRIN) or comfortable vetting and learning them
- Comfortable using tools like StatusBrew and Monday.com to streamline workflows
- Enthusiastic about AI, creator culture, and digital trends
- A natural “people person” who enjoys building relationships, collaborating across teams, and engaging with diverse personalities
- Comfortable communicating with influencers, partners, and stakeholders with clarity, and professionalism
- Experience managing or collaborating with influencers, ambassadors, or creators preferred
- Active on social media or creator platforms yourself
- Basic understanding of content rights, UGC, and influencer disclosure guidelines preferred
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, engagement metrics, and performance reporting preferred
