Job Summary
Novato Unified School District is seeking a Human Resources Technician, preferably a person bilingual in Spanish. This position is 6 hours per day 5 days per week and is 227 paid days per school year which includes 15 paid holidays. This position offers: Kaiser, Delta Dental/Vision Services Plan, California Public Retirement System (CalPERS), paid holidays, and sick leave.
Novato is a suburb located in north Marin County, with a population of approximately 53,000. We are a close-knit community, with a number of our population being lifelong citizens. Many of our NUSD parents attended Novato schools themselves. Our community is known for its more than 3,600 acres of open space, which include a number of popular hiking and biking trails.
