About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced HR Consultant with deep expertise in HRIS systems, particularly in optimization, implementation, and vendor selection. This role will support clients in evaluating and enhancing their HR technology strategies, ensuring systems align with business needs and deliver efficient, compliant processes. Experience with UKG (formerly Ultimate Software) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess current HRIS environments and identify opportunities for optimization.

Lead or support HRIS implementation projects, including project planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational needs

Facilitate vendor selection processes, including RFP development, demo coordination, and evaluation.

Serve as liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Advise on data integrity, process automation, reporting capabilities, and system integration.

Develop user guides, training, and documentation to support adoption.

Provide ongoing advisory support related to system enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications:

7+ years of HR experience, with strong focus on HRIS strategy and execution.

Proven experience with HRIS implementation and/or optimization projects (UKG preferred; Workday, ADP, Paycom, etc. also valuable).

Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and reporting.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently with clients and collaborate across teams.
