The HR Operations Analyst is a vital partner in managing and executing a variety of HR operational activities, ensuring seamless processes, compliance, and excellent service delivery to employees, managers, and external stakeholders. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of HR systems, supporting key HR functions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What you'll do:
HR Systems and Data Management:
- You maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR systems and databases, keeping employee records up-to-date.
- You collaborate with the HRIS team to identify and implement system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive process automation.
Benefits Support:
- You review and process employee leave requests, ensuring compliance and accurate tracking in Workday.
- You serve as a resource for employees, providing expert guidance on benefits-related inquiries and policies.
HR Operations Support:
- You act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including policies, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and leave of absence requests, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- You support HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management cycles and employee engagement surveys.
- You identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes, contributing to overall efficiency gains.
- You administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
- You stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and practices and interpret them effectively for management and employees.
- You collaborate with non-HR teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
Onboarding Support:
- You take a lead role in the onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires.
- You manage contractor, temporary employee, and vendor approval and onboarding processes.
- You perform administrative tasks related to onboarding, including I-9 verification, E-Verify, and other required documentation.
- You identify and implement opportunities to enhance the candidate and onboarding experience.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 3+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or related role, or prior customer service experience.
- You have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-focused mindset.
- You have solid proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word.
- You must have experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- You have a solid understanding of HR and employment laws.
- You have exposure to project management tools and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have strong calendar management and organizational skills.
- You experience managing contingent workforce programs and processes.
- You have familiarity with background check processes.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
