Job Description:
The Opportunity…We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support and partnership to our QuoteManage business unit which primarily consists of a remote call center population of approximately 200+ employees.
Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to call center leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the unique needs of a distributed workforce.

This is a fully remote role and supports an employee population primarily located in Eastern and Central time zones.
How You’ll Contribute…
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention within a remote setting, leveraging technology and creative solutions.
- Act as an employee advocate, providing a confidential resource for questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Talent Management & Development:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, talent calibration, and offboarding for the remote call center team.
- Strategic Partnership & Consulting:
- Partner with call center leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support performance, engagement, and retention within a remote environment.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
- Proactively identify HR trends and issues impacting the remote call center and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, supporting the growth and career progression of call center employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Provide input and support on compensation strategies and adjustments for the remote call center population, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Educate employees and managers on company benefits programs and policies.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations relevant to a remote workforce.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data, leveraging HRIS systems effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
What We’re Looking For…
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 + years supporting a remote workforce or call center environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
- Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Adaptability and comfort with technology to support a remote workforce.
