💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our Event Staff & Security Team, you’ll help keep guests safe, happy, and enjoying every moment. Your responsibilities will include:

🚨 Maintaining safety and crowd control at event venues

🎟️ Checking tickets, bags, and credentials at entrances
-
🙌 Greeting guests and directing them to seating & services

🧭 Monitoring restricted areas and exit/entry points

📢 Assisting with emergency evacuations if needed

👮 Reporting suspicious activity or safety concerns

🤝 Providing security escorts when requested

Qualifications
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee must also possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable forms of communication and transportation
- LEVEL 2 SECURITY LICENSE (Level II Training & Exam provided for free. All applicants are required to apply, pass exam, submit to fingerprinting, and criminal background check.)
Skills and Abilities:
- A strong customer-service attitude and professional appearance
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to understand and interpret credentials, documents, signs, rules, policies, and instructions
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, patrons and other employees
- The ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly
- The ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations
Physical Requirements:
- Full physical and mental dexterity with the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, see and speak English clearly
- The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time (shift duration)
- The ability to lift 25lbs.
Work Environment:
- Elevated noise levels. Athletic and musical events can be very loud, and employees must be prepared to be exposed to increased noise levels. Ear plugs are available upon request.
- An energetic and fast-paced environment
- Crowds (as in lots of people)
- Working outdoor venues. Some of the events we work take place outside or in open-air venues and take place rain or shine. Reasonable accommodations are made to assist with employee comfort when necessary (tents, rain ponchos, drinking water, etc.)
- Evening and weekend work schedules. Many events take place in the evenings and on the weekends. Flexible availability is required.
