The High-Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing recruiting, including screening and submitting candidates provided, while also asking probing questions. It demands technical proficiency, multitasking abilities, polished communication skills, and organization skills in a high-volume environment. This REMOTE SEASONAL CONTRACT role will be starting July 14th and will wrap up in late January 2026. This position will start at $24+ per hour based on experience.

Primary Job Functions

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume recruitment is a plus
• Experience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required.
• Ability to build effective relationships with the recruiting team and candidates
• Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing
• Ability to remain adaptable and flexible
• Strong candidate experience focus
• Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
• PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various technology systems

Qualifications

Required Years Experience

• 2+ years of experience sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates in single or multiple professional verticals (i.e. IT, Finance, etc).

Required Technical/ Functional Skills

• Skilled in sourcing for single or multiple professional verticals (i.e., IT, Finance, etc)
• Skilled in cold call and competitor direct sourcing techniques.
• Skilled in various methods of creative Internet sourcing to include: blogs, social and professional networking sites, the use of Boolean search logic, search modifiers and Internet data mining techniques.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions, skills needed, data and other information to determine courses of action.
• Skilled in prescreening methods to determine if candidates are a fit for a defined position.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.
• Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
• PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various Technology systems.
• AIRS Certification highly desired.

Candidates who reside within a 50-mile radius of our Milwaukee, WI office are required to work onsite on designated in-office days—no exceptions will be made to this requirement.
