About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for performance marketing, data analysis, and client success in the e-commerce space. You’ll work closely with a team of strategists, media buyers, and creative specialists to build and execute data-backed growth strategies for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Build and execute growth strategies for e-commerce brands, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Develop forecasting models to predict performance outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Google Ads, Email Marketing) to align marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize media campaigns, tracking key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV).
- Provide weekly performance updates to clients, ensuring transparency and trust in results.
- Identify opportunities for scaling brands by analyzing past data and market trends.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or media buying.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of key e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills – ability to present insights and recommendations to clients.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Email Marketing.
- Prior work with e-commerce brands or DTC businesses.
- Exposure to proprietary tools such as Prophet System or Statlas.
Salary & Growth Potential
- Month 1: $2,000 (Training & Onboarding)
- Month 2: $4,000 (Performance-Based Growth)
- Month 3 & Beyond: $7,000+ per month, based on client performance and strategy execution
- Annual Potential: $64K - $76K, with 2nd-year earnings targeting $100K+
