Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to drive content creation, demand generation, and performance marketing. You’ll be our go-to person for getting the word out, generating qualified leads, and making sure our message hits the mark across every channel. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact. While this role is fully remote, our ideal candidate will be based in either the Raleigh, NC area (preferred) or Wilmington, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute on content and campaign creation across social media, email, and landing pages
- Manage and optimize campaigns for lead generation and awareness
- Drive event marketing (virtual and in-person) — prep, promotion, follow-up
- Create, test, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
- Collaborate with sales to generate pipeline and track attribution
- Write and edit high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice
- Track performance metrics and report on KPIs
- Manage marketing calendar and priorities in an agile way
