Job Description:
Overview
We’re looking for a self-starter, creative, and detail-oriented Growth Intern to support our initiatives. This is a great opportunity to learn how marketing campaigns are built, executed, and measured across multiple channels, from content and website optimization to email and paid ads.
You’ll work alongside the Strategic Operations Manager of the Growth Services team. Growth Services exists to help execute the Growth Team’s initiatives and secondarily support other cross-functional teams. Our projects have the primary purpose of adding new customers.
In this role you will:

Support our “Flower” Project - an outreach project for prospective customers

Understand our target market

Build and quality control check outreach lists

Manage email follow up

Support GEO efforts

Conduct social listening on platforms such as Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook
-
Research and make recommendations on where we can fill content gaps on our website

Help with lead attribution and qualifications

Understand and report where our leads come from

Understand and report if a lead qualifies as part of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audiences

Support campaign execution and performance tracking

Participate in team meetings and brainstorms

Take ownership of at least one small project during the internship

Explore any interest across the company/team for professional development
What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Ability to work 12-20 hours a week

Strong writing and communication skills

Self-starter, fast-learner

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Eager to learn and contribute to a team

Comfortable using or learning tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Customer.io, Salesforce, and Slack

Basic understanding of marketing principles (bonus if you know SEO, GEO, or analytics)
