The Role - Presentation Design Specialist - Freelance

We’re assembling a powerhouse bench of skilled, reliable, and creative Presentation Designers to jump in and bring big ideas to life. As we gear up for an exciting wave of projects over the next 6 months, we’re looking for designers who can turn concepts into stunning, impactful visuals that connect and inspire. You’ll collaborate with our Production & Video team to shape layouts, craft polished decks, and elevate presentations that make a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design briefs into high-quality, on-brand visuals
• Design logos, print pieces, e-blasts, and other creative assets
• Create impactful, graphic-rich presentations in PowerPoint (including animation and data visualization)
• Collaborate with Art and Creative Directors and refine designs based on feedback

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio (presentation design is a big plus)
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
• Strong typography and visual storytelling skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on deadlines
• Works well with creative teams, bringing a proactive approach
• Pharma design background preferred
