Pavago is seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to lead paid search campaigns that drive lead generation. This role blends data-driven execution with strategic optimization, focusing on the Google Ads ecosystem. From campaign planning and keyword targeting to AI-powered optimizations and conversion tracking, you'll play a critical role in how our clients attract and convert high-intent leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns . Set clear goals, budgets, and bidding strategies. Optimize performance using Google Ads, Analytics, and AI-supported tools to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • AI & Performance Tools: Leverage AI platforms to speed up keyword research, ad copy generation, A/B testing, and reporting. Use automation to scale what works and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Targeting & Retargeting: Build and manage high-intent audiences using CRM data, behavior insights, and platform tools. Implement smart retargeting strategies to re-engage qualified prospects.
  • Landing Page Alignment: Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and user intent. Recommend layout, copy, and CTA improvements to drive conversions and reduce bounce rates.
  • Creatives & Messaging: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Tailor messaging to funnel stages and audience segments using responsive and dynamic formats.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver concise, actionable reports with performance insights and growth opportunities. Communicate regularly with internal teams via Slack, Meet, and project tools to keep campaigns aligned with client goals.

You finish the day documenting your work and sharing insights or ideas for scaling what’s working.
