We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Google Ad Manager 360 Specialist to support and optimise our digital advertising initiatives across web and email channels. The ideal candidate will be an early riser, passionate about media and advertising, with strong technical experience across Google’s ad platforms and campaign reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise ad placements using Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM 360)
- Build, track, and report on click and view metrics across various campaigns
- Perform basic content updates within ad templates and campaign pages
- Integrate and monitor advertising elements within the Sailthru email platform
- Troubleshoot tracking issues, ad serving discrepancies, and content rendering
- Ensure campaign assets meet performance and formatting standards
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and CRM teams for aligned execution
- Support early-morning campaign launches, QA, and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP / GAM 360)
- Strong understanding of ad trafficking, inventory management, and programmatic ad delivery
- Experience with ad reporting tools and click/view analysis
- Familiarity with Sailthru or similar email marketing automation platforms
- Ability to perform basic HTML/CSS updates within ads or content templates
- Confident communicator with excellent English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with 5:00 AM (PHT) Tues-Sat starts for campaign monitoring and deployment
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
