Position Summary:
Under immediate supervision, cooks and prepares food at Thorncreek Golf Course.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides excellent customer service to customers and members of the golf course facilities. Acts in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Cooks and prepares all foods for Thorncreek Golf Course using established recipes. Prepares daily specials and special events foods as needed. Prepares menu items to order - breakfast, lunch or dinner. Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers, etc. Ensures correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Maintains portion control for all foods served. Responsible for the quality control and presentation of all foods served.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. No prior food service experience necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of basic food preparation and food arrangement.
