Job Description:
As a Client General Manager, you’ll lead the retention and growth plan for your dedicated account. We’re looking for proactive professionals with expertise for business travel and passion for world-class customer service experience.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Lead strategic client retention and growth plan for account portfolio
- Proactively identify risks to the portfolio; develop and implement an action plan
- Collaborate with operations and other internal Amex GBT teams
- Influence key client decision makers, educating about Amex GBT’s value and key differentiators
- Increase transaction revenue for Amex GBT and key suppliers
- Proactively share client and market trends to internal and external leaders
What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of the business travel industry
- Experience in a similar role/supporting global clients preferred
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle contending demands
- Adaptation and flexibility
- Proactive identification and resolution of challenges
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
