Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support to German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and needs efficiently.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to foster understanding of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to share relevant information with clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
