Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Support the design and implementation of business processes that align with CMS guidelines and contract deliverables
- Work closely with program managers, analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and CMS stakeholder review
- Monitor contract metrics and performance indicators, supporting data validation and compliance tracking as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or functional analyst in a federal healthcare or regulatory environment
- Experience supporting CMS, HHS, or similar government clients
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
