As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll help to ensure that customer orders are quickly and accurately packed for shipping, as well as assist with prepping, cutting, slicing, and packaging all specialty items for our customers. This position is also responsible for scanning, moving and verifying the finished cases into their designated storage locations to ensure accurate inventory in Produce Pro. All work is performed in a refrigerated (34°F) warehouse setting.

What you'll do...

• Follow item recipes, monitor, weigh, seal packages or containers, and move products through production lines through their final packaging stage
• Stock inventory for the day’s orders
• Responsible for completing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for adhering to food safety and quality standards, as well as GMP practices, supporting and maintaining Food Safety and Quality programs to ensure the production of safe, high-quality foods that comply with regulatory and company requirements
• Follow all safety procedures, including but not limited to wearing of all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Operate a hand-held scanner
• Receive incoming whole cases of prepared food items, scanning and stocking them in designated rack locations
• Maintain accurate counts of received product against the required inventory count in Produce Pro by identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to use knives, peelers, spoons, measuring cups, scoops, scales, portable communication device, and hand-held scanners
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and team-oriented environment
• Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to speak, read, and write in English in order to understand and process paperwork
• Ability to work efficiently at times with and without direct supervision
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work for extended periods of time in a continuously cold environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have general knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety
• Availability to work Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, beginning at 5am
