Located on a 37-acre wooded campus in the city of Smyrna, GA on the outskirts of Atlanta, Ridgeview Institute provides a safe, caring environment with Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, Activity Therapists and Mental Health Technicians. Treatment services include inpatient and outpatient services and aftercare.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist!
The Receptionist exhibits the highest level of customer service while performing a variety of clerical duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting and assisting visitors, answering calls, documenting incoming deliveries and providing clerical support as requested. Must display a professional, outgoing, warm, and helpful attitude. Must be detail oriented, able to multitask and possess the tact to deal with patients, guests, co-workers, and physicians.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum Five (5) years’ front office experience on a multi-line telephone system in a fast-paced hospital environment (Preferred) or any combination of education, training, or experience.
Additional Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. Successful completion CPR/ First Aid certification and CPI training to within 90 days of employment prior to assisting with restraining procedures.
