Job Description:
Ford Service Reservation+ is an online service reservation software tool built and maintained by the Ford Motor Company to enhance the customer’s experience. As a FSR+ Field Coach at MSX, you will work independently with the guidance of the FSR+ and Ford CX teams to ensure successful installation, implementation, and utilization of Ford’s online service scheduler, known as FSR+.
Job Overview
The FSR+ Field Coach must have the ability to advantageously present and mentor end users for their designated area of a dealer network. The main priorities of FSR+ are to install dealers on the FSR+ tool along with providing on-going support to maximize dealer adoption and utilization. This will include ensuring all dealer personnel have the support they need to effectively use the software.
What you’ll do…
- Efficiently plan and execute travel to maximize effectiveness within your assigned territory in the dealer network
- Confidently communicate FSR+ objectives, build relationships with your dealer base, and demonstrate the ability to explain software-based situations to any audience. This includes but is not limited to understanding the dealership’s unique business needs and how FSR+ compliments operations
- Through listening to customer feedback and analyzing data, you will work to establish clear and concise action plans to help increase the efficiency and utilization of Ford’s FSR+ tool.
- Leverage the use of our Remote Experience tools in conjunction with FSR+ to build a strong, committed dealer base
- Build and maintain relationships with the Ford CX field team to deliver one, unified message regarding FSR+
