About This Role:
The Fiscal Analyst ensures the agency’s financial and administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll manage accounting transactions, assist with budget monitoring, support grant reporting, and help uphold fiscal accountability across the agency.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
Preferences:
We’re looking for a candidate who brings:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5 or more years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with budgeting, grant reporting, and procurement in a government or nonprofit setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data entry and reconciliation
- A team mindset and a passion for improving the lives of older adults in our community
Special Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Designated mandatory reporter of elder abuse
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be considered based on agency needs.
Starting Salary Range: $33.80 - $47.65 Hourly
