We’re hiring a Field Operations Contractor to support our NYC market rollout. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, hospitality tech, or restaurant vendor/supplier operations. You’ll be the face of our brand in the field—installing our platform, supporting restaurant teams, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.
This is a 3-month contract-based position, with potential for continued engagement depending on performance and market growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site installations and onboarding for new restaurant partners
- Set up hardware and software according to site-specific requirements
- Train/retrain front-of-house staff and management on product usage and best practices
- Act as a trusted point of contact for operators during and after launch
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and relay insights to the internal team
- Help maintain momentum post-launch to ensure product adoption and partner satisfaction
Requirements
- You’ve worked in or closely with the hospitality industry (restaurants, tech vendors, POS providers, etc.)
- You're tech-savvy and a quick study—comfortable picking up new systems to support partner setup, troubleshooting, and account management.
- You’re organized, hands-on, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- You’re a strong communicator who can build quick rapport with operators and staff
- You have flexible availability and can adapt to changing field needs (some early mornings/evenings)
- You’re currently based in NYC and have reliable access to transit

Competitive Compensation Target hourly wage: $25–$35/hour based on experience. 3-month contract-based, with potential for continued engagement depending on performance and market growth
