About the Role
As a Regional Field Marketing Coordinator, you will be the face of Crisp & Green in your assigned market(s), leading all local marketing and partnership efforts to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to our restaurants. You’ll oversee field marketing programs including new restaurant openings, grand reopenings, weekly fitness and wellness events, local partnerships, brand ambassador management, and community activations.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own field marketing strategy and execution for your assigned market(s) in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
- Track and report on key field marketing KPIs including event attendance, local partner engagement, and ambassador program activity.
- Represent the Crisp & Green brand with passion, professionalism, and authenticity at all times.
Events & Activations
- Plan, promote, and execute weekly fitness and wellness events in and around Crisp & Green restaurant locations.
- Lead all new restaurant opening (NRO) and grand reopening marketing efforts, including pre-launch community outreach, event planning, and post-launch momentum driving efforts.
- Manage event logistics including promotional materials, signage, setup, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the on-site lead at local events — engaging guests, overseeing setup and breakdown, distributing samples, and bringing the brand to life in real-time.
Partnership & Community Development
- Develop and maintain local partnerships with gyms, studios, businesses, and community groups that align with Crisp & Green’s mission.
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with local fitness instructors, wellness leaders, and ambassadors to represent and promote the brand.
Content Capture & Social Media Support
- Capture content for social media at events and in the community in collaboration with the social media team.
