Job Description:
MSI is seeking a Facilitation Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will be responsible for providing technical guidance and direction for multiple projects of high complexity, for OUSD(A&S). The position will be part-time and based in the DC metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive level facilitation support.
- Provide technical guidance and direction on multiple projects of high complexity.
- Assist in completing and track/follow-up on assigned OUSD Action Packages and Division documents in routing.
- Provide graphic design, illustration, and graphic facilitation.
- Provide quantitative and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in DoD.
- Prior Military or DoD civilian/contractor experience preferred.
- Executive level facilitation support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
- Experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
- Good quantitative and analytical skills.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written (required).
- Ability to create and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
