Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and business growth. Experience with Google Ads is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to refine campaign strategy.
• Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments for better performance.
• Stay updated with Facebook algorithm changes, ad trends, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and goal alignment.
• Prepare and present regular campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable success.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and audience targeting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize based on data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity in ad development (copy and visuals).

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms
• Facebook Blueprint and/or Google Ads certifications
