Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience facilitating face-to-face professional learning in education or community related field., At least 3-5 years of teaching, coaching, or education related experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Education Division is seeking to hire an energetic part-time FACE Specialist (per diem) with deep knowledge of connecting home-school partnerships to student learning and strengthening the capacity of educators to engage families in intentional and impactful ways. The primary role of the FACE Specialist is to conduct strategic planning, assess current practices, deliver family engagement professional learning, and implement reflective coaching to support educators transform home-school practices connected to learning. This role involves both virtual and in-person facilitation and coaching to ensure comprehensive support and engagement with our partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate professional learning using adult learning methodologies.

Facilitate professional learning to support best practices in family engagement.

Maintain a high degree of expertise in effective family engagement strategies and Scholastic services.

Implement culturally relevant and responsible practices.

Support school administrators and building staff to increase their content knowledge and understand their role in implementing effective family engagement processes in their building/district.

Communicate regularly with supervisor about the ongoing professional learning needs of the school, teams, or district staff.

Provide feedback to pinpoint progress areas and development opportunities with partners.

Maintain professional relationships with districts.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with team and partners.
