Job Description:
ERP Administrator
As an ERP Administrator with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the implementation efforts by our vendor partners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency and innovation in our business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with vendor partners to oversee and guide the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- System Administration: Administer and maintain the SAP S/4HANA system, working in tandem with vendor partners to ensure its availability, reliability, and performance.
- User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, working closely with vendor partners to resolve ERP-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Data Management: Oversee data governance and management within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, in coordination with vendor partners.
- Customization and Enhancement: Collaborate with vendor partners and stakeholders to identify customization needs and enhancements to SAP S/4HANA, and oversee the implementation of these enhancements as required.
- Reporting and Analytics: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and enhancements to SAP S/4HANA to deliver advanced data analytics, learning analytics, data modeling, automation, reporting and dashboarding, and other business intelligence solutions.
- Security and Access Control: Work with vendor partners to implement and manage user access controls, security policies, and compliance measures within the ERP system.
- Integration: Lead efforts in collaboration with vendor partners to integrate SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with vendor partners to monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance ERP efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and changes in coordination with vendor partners.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users in collaboration with vendor partners and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA coordination, configuration, and administration.
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices and business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance.
