Job Description:
GIS Communications is a Benefit Enrollment Company. We enroll our clients employees in their benefits for open enrollment and new hire situations. We are looking for a person to support the Enrollment Team with the duties and responsibilities listed below in an administrative position. This is not a technology position - or in the GIS Technology industry.
Job Summary:
The Enrollment Support Specialist will work closely with the Call Center Director, Account Managers, and Sales & Enrollment Leader for the Preferred Team in the implementation of new business opportunities. This position is responsible for administrative support in relation to cases with data integrity using various methods and systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creation, editing, and distribution of Benefit Coach Quarterly Newsletter.
- Logging of voicemails for the Preferred+ cases.
- Process and track appointments with carriers for Benefit Coaches.
- Hourly call center activity report posted in internal chat.
- Manage the process for FLIMP digital postcards for Preferred+ cases.
- Process and track all text messages for Preferred+ cases.
- Premium tracking for all Preferred cases on a weekly basis.
- Track and enter Book of Business report related data.
- Verify case name with the commission splits and products sold on each case.
- Verify received commissions post Open Enrollment on the voluntary benefits by product.
- Confirm all commission split cases have a signed commission agreement on file.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Resident Life and Health insurance license required to have already or be willing to get prior to start date. Costs associated are the responsibility of the applicant.
