Job Description:
What Will You Be Doing?
- Azure Data Factory (ADF): Hands-on experience in building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating ADF with Azure services and on-premise data sources for seamless data movement and transformation.
- Confluent Kafka: Strong expertise in deploying and managing Confluent Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging. Experience with Connectors and knowledge of stream processing and ensuring high availability of Kafka clusters.
- CI/CD & Azure DevOps: Proficiency in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including managing AKS, Storage Blob Containers, APIM, Postgres, and Cosmos DB.
- Azure Cloud Services: Experience in deploying and managing applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Container Instances with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Azure API Management (APIM): Skilled in designing, securing, and managing APIs using APIM with authentication, rate limiting, and integration with Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
- GraphQL & Redis: Experience in deploying and managing Apollo GraphQL for real-time data queries. Expertise in optimizing Redis for caching and data storage, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating deployments and infrastructure tasks, with knowledge of tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- Containerization & Security: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, along with knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Agile & Collaboration: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools for efficient development and deployment workflows.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT or cloud-based DevOps environments.
- Experience in the design and operation of medium to large scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and application systems requiring 24x7x365 uptime.
- Competence in a wide range of IT skills including networking, systems administration, data protection, information security, & CI/CD tooling.
- Demonstrated growth mindset, enthusiastic learner, ability to teach and mentor teammates and cross functional partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working within an Agile framework.
- IaaC development with Terraform, Azure CLI, Puppet, and Ansible
- Scripting experience with Perl, Python, and PowerShell
- Proficient with GIT to perform source code management
- Experience with Terraform Cloud and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow

This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. The recruiting pay range for this position is $87,000 - $109,000.
